This dog tag is a Military Style Dog Tag with the Medical Symbol on the Front. The medical symbol on the front alerts medical personal and others when you can not.
The military style embossed medical dog tags are available in red, black and blue.
5 lines can be embossed on this tag The first line can have 15 characters, the second line can have 16, the third line can have 17 characters, the forth line can have 16 characters and the fifth (last) line can have 15 characters.
But remember, it's best to have 10 or less charcters in the forth and fifth lines to avoid embossing the medical symbol.
