RETURN POLICY:
All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase. Please include your reason for the return. All items must be accompanied by a receipt and in their original packaging in original condition. Customers are responsible for postage and insurance. MediCharms is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. If paying by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you. Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error. Please be advised that engraved or special ordered items can not be returned for refund or credit unless we made an error on your engraving or product is defective. All defective products must be returned within 10 days of receiving. Replacement product or will be sent after defective product has been returned to our office and has been inspected. All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.
Shipping charges are determined by actual USPS rates, based on the combined weight of all items ordered. Shipping times depend on Selection between Standard First Class Mail 2-9 days and USPS Priority Mail 2-4 days. We can also offer same business day shipping for overnight shipping as long as order has been placed and received by 1:00pm on same business day as purchased. Otherwise it will be shipped out the next business day. For your protection, all 14kt gold items are insured. We will not ship 14kt gold items at the shipping price rate of $6.85. 14kt gold items can only be shipped at the rates of $9.85 and higher. All Packages are shipped with Delivery Confirmation/Tracking numbers. Upon sending your package you will receive an email, if email address was provided, from us with your Confirmation/Tracking number.
